SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Method

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment:

  • UPS Ground: Approximately 3–5 business days
  • UPS Air: Approximately 2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions, holidays, or unforeseen delays.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can assist in resolving the issue.


International Shipping

At this time, international shipping is not available. We are actively exploring options to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.
The Oyster Sled does not accept returns or exchanges unless a product is received defective or damaged.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 10 days of delivery.

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us with your order details.
  2. Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective product.

Once the issue is verified, a replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.


Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds.
Approved claims are resolved through product replacement only.


Additional Information

  • Claims submitted after 10 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition when applicable.
  • This policy applies to all products sold by The Oyster Sled.
